2021 Southwest District 13 & Older Championship
From February 26-28, twenty-seven of our swimmers traveled to Virginia Tech for the 13 & Older District Championships. It was a busy weekend full of great accomplishments we're sharing below!

Of the 137 races, three were first time swims. Of the remaining 134 swims, 77% were best times. In total there were 303 dropped seconds with an average drop of 2% per race. Great job, everyone! There were a bunch of new time cuts achieved. Those swims and swimmers are called out below. Last but certainly not least there were FIVE new Age Group cuts and TWO Senior Champs cuts acheived. Well done, everyone!
Hardware Recap: 62 out of the 137 swims placed (top 16) within those 50 were in the top 10 and 14 in the top 3. We also had 5 District Championship swims! Here is a special shout out to all of those gold medal swims. Great Job, Gators!
