2022 Cavalier Winer Invitational |  Short Course

From January 21-23, fifty-six of our swimmers traveled to Charlottesville for the 2022 Cavalier Winter Invitational - a semi-local meet the weather thankfully cooperated with! 

Our team swam a total of 270 events over the course of two days and one distance session; twenty-five of these races were first time swims, and 124 were best times. In addition, a total of 319.39 seconds were dropped (seven swimmers dropped over 10% of their seed time)!

165 of our swimmers placed in the top ten and 47 placed in the top three - Great job, everyone!! 

There were 24 new motivational cuts achieved from B through AA.  Those swims and swimmers are called out below.  Keep up the great work!
