2025 Southwest District 9 & Older Championship Meet | Short Course

This year we had forty-five of our 9 & older swimmers compete in the 2025 SW District 9/Older Championship meet in Christiansburg. We had several seniors swimming the final meet of their swim careers, and so many swimmers working toward personal best times as well as making both USA Swimming motivational cuts and last minute Age Group and Senior Champs qualifying times.

Over the last few months our swimmers have been training hard in the water and that showed up with some fabulous time cuts in the water.

Attending Swimmers: Molly Beckwith, Tommy Bill, Rachael Bing, Aiden Craig, Silas Dameron, Cooper Davis, Igor Dmytriyev, Yarek Dobrynin, Vasilii Dobrynin, Kallie Eaton, Graham Ebersold, Madelyn Gilkeson, Elsie Glanzer, Lola Glanzer, Charlie Gochenour, Madelyn Gray, Raleigh Hartman, Caroline Hendricksen, Sebby Hess, Viv Hess, Eliza Hewitt, James Hewitt, Ali Hooke, Madison Keller, Maggie Kistler, Isaiah Kite, Dylan Lin, Bryson Long, Caelee Long, Jake Nylander, Reese Ostlund, Sophia Papa, Anna Paradise, Alexis Pullen, Emmett Reamer, Will Richardson, Naomi Shafer, Coleman Skelly, Brandon Smith, Basil Stubbe, Finn Stubbe, Soren Stubbe, Joe Yang, and Kaimbrie Zook

83 of our swimmers placed in the top sixteen, 46 in the top eight, and 22 of those placed in the top three, including NINE first place finishes - great job, everyone!!
